Pigeon Express facilitates international shipping services from Australia to Russia. We operate via third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery, even in sanctioned regions. Our services include:

Note: We do not currently offer shipping from Russia to Australia but plan to introduce this in the near future.
2. Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register with your email. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. By registering, you consent to receive communications regarding your shipment and occasional promotional emails.
3. Pricing
Shipping costs are based on parcel weight and service type. Estimated prices are displayed for transparency but are subject to change depending on actual parcel dimensions and final logistics quotes.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only:

Standard: 25–45 business days

Faster: 20–25 business days

Economy Letters: 25–45 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, regulatory issues, or third-party service disruptions.
5. Tracking
Each shipment includes two tracking numbers:

From Australia to a third-party transit country
-
From the third-party country to the final destination in Russia
Tracking may be delayed during customs clearance or third-party handovers.
6. Prohibited Items
You are responsible for ensuring your parcel complies with all relevant shipping and customs regulations. We do not accept:

Hazardous materials
If a shipment violates these rules, it may be seized, returned, or destroyed without refund.
7. Liability
While we take care to partner with reliable carriers, Pigeon Express is not liable for:

Lost or damaged goods during transit

Delays caused by force majeure, customs, or sanctions

Inaccurate address or user error
Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the shipping cost, whichever is lower.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are available only if a shipment has not yet been dispatched and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
